Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your MythicTracks account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data afterwards.

Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the MythicTracks app:

  1. Open MythicTracks and tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings drawer
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Delete by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to mythictracks@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Account and include:

  1. The email address associated with your MythicTracks account
  2. A brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account and data

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials (email address and authentication data)
  • Your saved track preferences and in-app configuration
  • All session tokens and authentication records

What Is Not Stored

MythicTracks does not retain audio recordings. Microphone audio is streamed in real time for transcription and is never saved to our servers. There is nothing to delete in this regard.

Data Retention After Deletion

Please note: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Anonymised, aggregated analytics (such as overall feature usage counts) that cannot be linked back to you may persist as part of platform-level statistics.

Can't access the app? Email us at mythictracks@gmail.com with the subject Delete My Account and your account email address. We'll confirm once your account has been removed.
